I wanted you to know how much I appreciate Joseph’s dedication to fix our problems.  I think I may have caused him to be late for another appointment this evening because he was helping resolve a big issue with our ERP system. He didn’t cause the issue, but he stayed to help resolve the issue.  Thank you. You have a great staff, and Joseph was once again exemplary!
